Customers must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Product Nature

Kiss of Aroma specializes in fragrance decants and samples rebottled from 100% authentic original bottles. We operate independently as a third-party decanting service and have no official association, affiliation, or endorsement from the fragrance brand owners or manufacturers.

3. Pricing and Orders

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any orders that we deem high-risk, suspicious, or in violation of our policies.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Kiss of Aroma pass to the customer upon the carrier’s delivery scan. We are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after the package has been marked as delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all samples and decants are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for these products once they have been processed or shipped.

6. Health and Safety

Customers use our products at their own discretion and risk. Kiss of Aroma assumes no liability for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any adverse health effects resulting from the use of the fragrances we sell. We recommend performing a small patch test before full application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Kiss of Aroma (Traffic Wolves LLC) for any claim related to a purchase shall be capped at the total value of the order in question.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services are governed by the laws of the State of California, Orange County, without regard to conflict of law principles.
