Return & Refund Policy

At Kiff of Aroma, all fragrances are carefully hand-decanted and prepared in small quantities with attention to detail. Because of the nature of these products, all samples, decants, and travel-size fragrances are final sale.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

opened or used samples
decants or travel sprays
fragrances that were purchased to test scent preference
products that did not meet personal expectations
orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Fragrance is highly personal, and scent preferences vary from person to person. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds based on whether a fragrance was liked or disliked.

Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

your order number
clear photos of the packaging and item(s)
a brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours from the recorded delivery time may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kiss of Aroma is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft that may occur after delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit or has not been delivered as expected, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are prepared to order, orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Authenticity

All fragrances sold by Kiss of Aroma contain 100% authentic fragrance. Our samples and decants are independently rebottled and repackaged by Kiss of Aroma for sampling and travel purposes.

Kiss of Aroma is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand or manufacturer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
